Authoring a book can be quite a challenging undertaking. Some people spend 10, 20 & 30 years trying to get a publishing deal. The business is quite competitive and publishing deals don't come easy to a first time author or un known author as they are called.

To the left are three books that were published within 8 months. The author provided un edited story lines which were edited. For example the children's book manuscript only made for 48 book pages, however the end result was a 116 page book with editing and additional authoring.

Of course there's the biggies like Amazon. Quite a site. Yet what I enjoy is the fact that you can search huge data bases and get the best prices, shipping prices and approximate deliver times. Pretty cool. However there's nothing like a personal visit to your local book store.

Read daily. It keeps you sharp.
